Düsseldorf in winter – Views from the Rhine Tower

A short trip to Dusseldorf gave me the chance to go up to the top of the Rhine Tower and take a few photos.

The Rhine Tower is 240 m tall and has an observation platform at the top, along with a restaurant and what seems to be an open to the elements sub platform where you can feel the biting cold wind.

What it also has is a great view but I was there at the end of 2010 and it was snowing and cold so it wasn’t as photogenic as I would have liked. Here are few shots from a much larger store of images, these have been dynamically processed. The shots were taken with my trusty old Minolta Dimage A2, still going strong after all this time.
